Post to Request Apps or Beta Testing

Since this is an application request, please repost this over in Request Apps. People are more likely to look there for app ideas.\

I didn't realize that this was already a portable application. If it is an application that you have packaged yourself, please post it in Beta Testing. If you are not the packager or developer, please post it in Request Apps.

I think somebody should move

I think somebody should move this to the Request Apps section because it's only the portable version of the program and is not packaged in the paf format.
