Manually Updating Firefox beta

I'm sorry if this isn't posted in the right section.

I'm currently using Firefox Beta v19. 19 Beta 4 has been out for quite some time now and since v19, no one has continued to create updates for it.

Is there anyway I can manually update Firefox beta? I once heard you can just update it when the popup for updates appear, but I'm afraid it would mess up everything.

Yes, you can. I did it yesterday myself too.
It will just leave some more folders on the host computer (%LOCALAPPDATA%\Mozilla, I think), but no personal information.

Previously known as kAlug.
