Strange Box Below Statusbar

I just upgraded to 1.5 and I now have a strange box below my status bar. It has one ^ in the bottom left, but otherwise has no function and can't get rid of it. Any ideas?

Here is a screenshot of it: http://www.flickr.com/photos/41366059@N00/

Thanks.

It's a FF 1.5 bug

Try re-updating your extensions and restarting a few times. It happens with the local copy of FF, too.

Tried everything mentioned, but......

Hi,

I also did an upgrade to PFF 1.5. Also got this big ugly box under the statusbar. Tried everything mentioned more than several times, but...... did not help.

More suggestions, anyone?

Funny, the local FF copy just works fine. No box there.

New Profile

It's your profile causing the bug. Try starting a new one and adding stuff back in. The same thing happened to my local FF when I upgraded from 1.0 to 1.5.

It was

an extension that did it to me.
Some extension makers like StumbleUpon put the max version no. higher than the current version. This led to compatibility issues.

Yeah

I ran into that before, too. Maybe I should stick a page with the issue on my website with possible solutions, etc.

A complete removal

of *everything* (PFF, Extensions, Themes, Greasemonkeyscripts, etcetera) and re-installing them did the trick.

PFF is loooking soooo-good now (using the Modern Pinball theme).
