Firefox 19 will run for a few seconds or minutes then win 8 will report Firefox has stopped working.
A Known problem over at Mozilla forums, the workaround is to downgrade to 18.0.2. and wait for 19.1 (checking that the AMD bug is sorted).
Can you make 18.0.2 portable available once more?

This bug is closed as it is not portable related. This appears to be Windows 8 specific due to a bug in Windows 8 or the AMD drivers. If you have a specific hotfix applied, it can even cause a blue screen, so it's a major OS bug there.
