Chrome 25 does not open up poperly.plz help

Hi

After upgrating from the platfom, the GoogleChromePortable does not start. But the chrome.exe in /App/Chrome-bin/ can be started. But then I lost all my settings and extensions. Can you guys tell me how to fix it? thx

ok,I deleted the App\Chrome-bin\First Run file and run again,it started.But I still don't konw the reason.
