Implement autostarting apps.

I don't mean to insult, but being twelve versions in, isn't it *about* time that such a mundane feature is to be implemented?

You've been able to do it for quite a while now. As far as I can remember, it has been possible since I started using the menu over 3 years ago now.

Just right click an app in the menu and check "Start Automatically" and it will run when the Platform starts.
