si existe algun programa que me permita crear portables y la otra si existe algun firewall portables

Hay 2 (o mas) diferentes programas para crear programas portatiles. Uno es Lapwing y el otro es Reg Rapper (o registry rapper). Puedes encontrar los 2 buscandolos aqui. En cuanto al programa de firewall, que yo sepa el unico portatil es Winpooch, pero igual y puedes buscar en esta pagina a ver si existen mas.
Tambien si gustas puedes bajar una extension traductor de Firefox llamado ImTranslator
There are 2 (or more) different programs to make a portable app: Lapwing and Reg Rapper. You can find both searching here. As for a firewall program, the only one that I know is portable is Winpooch, but you might want to search here also to see if there are more.
Also, you can download a FF translator extension called ImTranslator
