Virtual Machine of any type

I realy need a virtual machine but http://vbox.me dosn't work for me so how to do well please make an virtual machine app for portableapps this are my last hope

why not work?

Q: why does the vbox not work?

The site you have given was one of the slightly successful attempts to make some virtual machine little bit of portable.

Note that virtual machines can not be made really portable, as to function properly, driver installation is needed on the host system.
