Problems with Synkron

I'm using Synkron 1.6.2. I'm trying to block files using the blacklist by folder, but it isn't working. It will block the files by extension and file name, but not by folder. Can someone here help me? I don't have the option to ignore blacklist selected either.

I figured out that the problem isn't with the folder exclusion itself, but any location that has a folder name that contains brackets [ ] in it. I fixed my problem by choosing a location that doesn't contain a folder with brackets in it's name, but this could still continue to be a problem for any one, including myself, that tries to use a location that contains brackets anywhere in the specified location so if someone could give me a link to report this bug or someone who could report it for me, it would be appreciated.
