Hello,
I am considering moving from PuttyPortable to KiTTY Portable.
While I can find some hints on KiTTY web site to move from standard PuTTY to KiTTY, I am unsure this applies to KiTTY Portable.
Also, is it possible to integrate KiTTY Portable with WinSCP Portable ?
Thanks for your help.

I realise this is an old thread however I've just done this process recently.
It is possible to convert KiTTY from registry to file based configuration. This is also handy for migrating from PuTTY to KiTTY and with the following steps can be done for PuTTYPortable. For more info on the conversion see http://www.9bis.net/kitty/?page=Portability&zone=en.
1. start PuTTYPortable so that the registry entries are imported.
2. Open a command prompt
WIN+R, cmd
3. Go to the KiTTYPortable directory eg
cd C:\PortableApps\KiTTYPortable
4. Run the following command:
KiTTYPortable.exe -convert-dir
5. The command will not output any thing however it will read the registry and then export it into the KiTTYPortable\Data directory.
6. Quit PuTTYPortable so that the registry settings are removed
7. Test KiTTYPortable
Hi Haytona
Many thanks. It worked so fine.
I will try KiTTY now.
Thanks a lot
