Though on the website of CamStudio Portable is offered, that the program is available in german language, the switching of language can't be performed.

Due to the reports in the CamStudio Support Forum it seem, that this is a bug of the program. For a better clarification I would suggest, that this program should be offered only in english language on the PortableApps website until this bug is removed. Accordingly I have changed the supplement of the subject of my original post from "Bug" into "Closed".
