Wow! This program looks impressive. I mean, I think I've finally found a replacement for "Reshacker".

BTW...editing the INI to "true" does not disable the splashscreen. (I loath splashscreens)

If it's something other than "true", please explain this in the Readme.txt, or even better, as comments in the INI file.
