Please add [Bug] to the start of the title of your original post so it receives the attention it needs.
To John/Gord whoever gets to packaging it first:
The Launcher.ini currently has
[DirectoriesCleanupIfEmpty]1=%DOCUMENTS%\Warzone 2100 3.1
but this folder is being created with a subdirectory called "logs" which looks like it is empty by default.
Will need to add
[DirectoriesMove]
logs=%DOCUMENTS%\Warzone2100 3.1\logs
This is fixed in 3.1.2.
