gPodder Stays Minimized to Tray

Is anyone else experiencing the following issue when running gPodder Portable:
The Splash screen is displayed, the gPodder icon shows in the system tray, and then nothing. Hovering over the icon shows a Linux looking pop-up of just "gPodder" while clicking with either right or left mouse buttons does not result in anything.

gPodder does not show up in the Task Manager Application tab, but there are two entries under the Processes tab: gPodder.exe and gPodderPortable.exe. The only way to remove the System Tray icon for gPodder, is to stop the gPodder.exe processes which causes the other to stop and then hover over the SysTray icon and it disappears.

Attempting to restart the app, the error message pops up about gPodder not closing properly. Closing the message box and opening gPodder again just opens it minimized to the system tray.

If you've experienced this, please reply even if you haven't found a solution. If you know a solution, please pass it along, too. I attempted to re-install gPodder by adding the gPodderPortable_3.5.0.paf app again. Things still act the same.

I am running Windows Vista, with the latest version of PortableApps (11.2) and gPodder (3.5.0) as of todays date. I just attempted to update applications.

I'm having the same problem

I'm having the same problem on a desktop with Windows 7 and gpodder 3.5.1. It worked when I first installed it. After turning my computer off and on, nothing I do will open the application.
