Due to the fact that numerous antivirus products label DShutdown as either a potentially unwanted program or malware, we have removed DShutdown Portable from the app store, updater and website. Users regularly had the app removed from their drives when used on various PCs and we had a couple close calls with hosting considering it a virus, so we have made the decision to permanently remove it so it does not otherwise impact our users or our site. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
when i used the Portable launcher but it did happen a few times when i used the regular app so it needs a good replacement
it was a good replacement for the normal task manager tho
but a would like to eventually see a new one added to replace the void
No rush
i'm not wierd, i'm just different
i am trying The free Task Manager to see if it works the same as Dtaskmanager
if it does it may become a thread in request apps
along with a link of course
Edit..............
Nope didn't work
i'm not wierd, i'm just different
All apps that support remote shutdown are tagged as either potentially unwanted programs or malware within most antivirus apps.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
In the future you might consider posting your action in advance of actually doing it. Thus people who want it and know how to use their AV app can download it before it is removed.

It was removed immediately so that we do no suffer any ill effects from website analysis tools or an overeager host detecting an infection. If you would still like it, you can download it from CNET

I do not anticipate issues like this in the future as we have banned new AutoIT apps or updates of existing AutoIT apps and will not accept tools labeled as potentially unwanted programs like shutdown utilities.
