Adobe Acrobat

Whenever I have to update Flash Player, I update locally and copy files in C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash to E:\PortableApps\FirefoxPortable\Data\plugins. It reports that Adobe Acrobat is out of date and vulnerable. I cant work out where the files are and what I need to change and where to put them.
Many thanks.

Your right

I use my portable apps in the library. I was updating their acrobat/flash/silverlight etc etc for them (aint i nice??) but i found they are using something called Deep Freeze. When a user logs off, the computer restarts and loads an drive image (or something) so that people cant leave files on the computer. This results in all the local plugins and stuff gets reset.
