Problems setting interface language to spanish

Ever since the launch of LibreOffice Portable I have not been able to adjust the interface language so it would stick.
Only when I start LIbreOffice Portable as an administrator every time the language continues to e spanish. If I start it as a regular user it is english again.
I used to have this problem before with OpenOffice and it worked right only with version 3.2 which I continue to use for this reason.
I run Windows 7 home basic 64-bit sp1.

Your help will be appreciated for I want to switch to Libre Office.

Thank you,
Erich

Platform

If you start it from the PortableApps.com Platform, it will automatically appear in the same language that the platform is in. OpenOffice Portable doesn't have this feature. If you'd like to disable it, you can set it in the platform Options window.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Thank you VERY MUCH. I have

Thank you VERY MUCH. I have always tried to use most of the software in english because of all the how-tos, literature, etc.
OpenOffice was an exception because I made some special spreadsheet to be used by colleagues who speak spanish and I got used to the functions in spanish.
It is because of this that I always used the platform in english ...

Thanks again.
