Because Komposer is off duty, I decided to find out other (new) alternatives for Dreamweaver. And I found some... I sorted them from "seems to be more like DW" to "[...] lesser"

Hope you can and will make them portable. Also, please reply there when you have done with making portable one of them.
Note: BlueGriffon already have a portable version, so you just have to check if it lets something behind...
