The application was working fine until recently I have been recieving this error:
Could not find
F:\PortableApps\PortableAppMenu\PortableAppsMenu.exe
Can anyone please help me resolve this issue.

Since you call it PortableAppsMenu.exe, it's likely a very old version of the platform. Like pre-2.0. I'd recommend upgrading to the latest release. You can download the current platform from here. Run the installer. And install to F:\. It won't affect your other apps. It will update from PortableAppsMenu to PortableApps.com and preserve the few settings the much older platform had. And install the new platform with all the improved features since then (categories, automatic updater, app store, themes, etc).
And if there was a shortcut to PortableAppsMenu.exe somewhere on their desktop, just remove it and make a new one to Start.exe in the root of the drive.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
I suspect your USB drive has been assigned a different drive letter by Windows.
Open Windows Explorer, observe the drive letter assigned to your USB drive, change your shortcut to point to the new drive letter.
