As the old program preload has run for a long time... it cannot instead of DOS shell / win 3.1... i think it is no use...

You are either doing something wrong to build the project or it is your system.
it is a bit difficult to get it going if you don't have a mac already to copy and decompress the files for you so the program can go the rest of the way
