FF extremely slow

What's with the new v.21? Turning off all extensions and plugins means nothing. It is just slow on everything: new pages, scrolling clicking something, it sucks big time!

Here is an example video --> http://youtu.be/HD5ocS60OP8

Have you tried resetting the

Have you tried resetting the profile? If that doesn't work, try a clean install in a different folder.

USB drives have slower read/write speeds than hard drives. Applications running off a flash drive will generally be slower than system applications for this reason.

Turns out, it was not firefox

Turns out, it was not firefox but something with the stick's format. Chkdsk would report no problem, but reformatting it did a lot. Now it just lags. But you have to open a fps game or something to see it, because with your browser you would just think that those 2-5 secs are loading the page.

Corsair Voyager GT USB3 128GB lags regardless of connected port + pc-bus, cache on/off, suspend power option, prefetch/superprefetch. Got another portable WD 1TB that doesn't lag even though it's connected to USB2.

Tried both cache on and off.

Tried both cache on and off. But another portable drive (WD 1TB) doesn't have problems, so it's not the computer settings, it's just the stick, which is a new corsair voyager gt 128gb for usb3.
