HELP After updating to 1.5.0.8 Inboxes away and no E-Mails anymore

Hello i need some help with my Thunderbid Portable Version 1.5.0.8 which doesn't see any of my inboxes after starting.
All E-Mail are away and it creates ony a new inbox called Localfolders-1 instead of readin the content of my /profile/mail folder.
May be one file is damaged where the informations about all inboxes are stored.
I don't use the local folders at all, jut three webmail in there own folders each.

I thought that deleting my current profile and overwriting the defaul should force thunderbird to read my profile and all inboxes (won't try that without any confirm that it will help;)
