I just opened foxit and cannot stand the windows ribbon effect. Is there anyway to download the old version?

We no longer offer the old versions. They shouldn't be used anyway as they have security vulnerabilities.

If you'd like to use an older version, despite the security issues, there are sites that redistribute our older apps.
Or you can try an alternative like Sumatra PDF Portable which is quite good.

Thanks I only use Foxit for Pdf Form filling. I already use sumatra and PDFxchange for viewing.
I found the way to change it.
File or Help > change toolbar mode
You can change Foxit back to the non-ribbon layout very easily. This was also my gripe initially.
Simply open Foxit, click "File" and then click "Change toolbar mode" and voila, classic is back
