I'm looking for an actual solution for this: I had already on usb some folders with apps not supported by portableapps. I found some posts about change "documents" "music" from that menu for another thing, is that possible? How I can do it ? Thanks

It's not currently possible to change the hard-coded folders on the right-hand side of the menu.
However, it is possible to add "shortcuts" to folders in the menu itself. You can do so by following the instructions here: https://portableapps.com/node/20498
Thanks Gord for reply, but testing your solution and coping inside portableapps the folders with apps with the rest I notice they are added to the menu at instant (refreshing app icons). This makes an perfect solution for me, and so easy!
