[Fixed] KVIrc doesn't remove all Qt entries

Although KVIrc removes some QT entries, there's a couple that are missed:
Qt Factory Cache 4.8\com.trolltech.qt.QIconEngineFactoryInterface:

Fixed in 4.2.0 Rev 3

This is fixed in KVIrc Portable 4.2.0 Rev 3.
