Firefox Portable Cookies Location? Keep cookies in CCcleaner?

I'm trying to use Ccleaner to clear junk but I don't want any cookies removed from any browser. In the Applications tab there's no option to keep Firefox cookies probably because Firefox is portable (it's in my X drive partition) and not installed.

In the Options, Cookies menu it seems that every time I use the program if there are new cookies since I last used it, I need to select them and move them to the "Cookies to Keep" section. I don't want to have to do that. Isn't there a way to automatically prevent any cookies from being deleted?

I thought about using the Exclude menu and adding the Firefox cookies folder to prevent Firefox cookies being deleted but I don't know the location of that folder. I can view cookies in Firefox but it doesn't actually show the location of the folder. Where is it?

Also for browser that are actually installed, If I untick the cookies option in Applications does that mean that cookies won't be deleted even if I don't choose "cookies to keep"?
