ReadThemAll - a nice reader.

I think ReadThemAll is a nice text-reader application.
Who knows you find it useful to include it as part of portable apps.

1. The application (RTA.exe, 969kb), after running once, will create "RTA.ini" and "rta_qpos.ini" in the same folder where it is placed.
