Comodo's permission as it's not open source. However, the installer can extract the file for portable execution. Run the installer, check the box for portable install, and extract to "PortableApps\Icedragon" without the quotes on your portable drive (example e:\PortableApps\Icedragon). It will want to extract to Comodo\Icedragon, so you will have to remove the Comodo part. Refresh your PA menu; you will now see three new files. They are:
icedragon.exe
plugin-container.exe
restart_helper.exe
Hide the last two, by right clicking on them and selecting hide. Run Icedragon whenever you want...from the PA menu!
