Hello! I'm the Instagiffer developer. Thank you for your interest!

I've created a [long-overdue] test release version of a PortableApps-compatible Instagiffer. I've followed all of the instructions and believe everything is correct.

I'm going to make a post in the beta section with a link to the paf installer shortly.
