First, WinRAR is commercial software. Second, 7-zip Portable is just as good, but it's open source and free... and already available.
windows drivers did not executed normally but when zipped with winrar it worked where as 7zip did not performed with same file. so need winrar portable.
WinRAR has a portable mode builtin, just read the help file for details on setup.
I haven't checked the license for WinRAR lately, but I doubt it would allow us to legally repackage it.
Even if it does WinRAR is still trialware/nagware, which we wouldn't release anyway.
