Is it possible to put the main application launcher outside the AppNamePortable directory?

But right now, I'm using old versions of GVimPortable, SeaMonkeyPortable and ThunderbirdPortable, where the launcher is outside the AppNamePortable directory. That means it is possible to put the launcher outside, but I don't have any idea how to do it with the new versions.

The older versions allowed it with certain INI settings. The newer launchers based on PA.c Launcher do not have this feature and we have no plans to add it. It overcomplicates the launchers and is completely unnecessary for organization as you can use the PA.c Platform or another organizational utility instead.
