[Fixed] Cppcheck Portable Version 1.60.1 missing runtime files?

Cppcheck Portable Version 1.60.1 appears to be missing the runtime files msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll.

I'm not sure where to report this?

Fixed in 1.60.1 Rev 2

This is fixed in the new release.
