Hello everyone, I was wondering if it is legal to use the portable vesiones GIMP, inkscape or firefox mozilla offered portableapps.com?

There... you see...

text in big, darkish-turquoise boxes is harder to see--even when at the top every page (with bold and underlined text even). Yep, yellow is better.
