Hi,
I am user, very satisfied, with portable apps 
but i have some problems: FF 23.0.1 frozes every time i use it (a few seconds) why?, and the most important Opera 12.16 is outdated, and now it is in 16 version why Opera is not updated?

to answer your questions in order, there are a couple of reasons, you may have additional addons in combination to the speed of your drive you have it installed on or it's that plus an addon etc
as for opera there is a reason why we haven't updated, one of the main reasons that I'm aware of is that settings are non-transferrable at the moment to the new version, once opera fixes that then opera portable will be updated (though from what I read that was fixed as of 15 via import functions but maybe hard for us to do via our launcher) either way opera 16 will require testing before it's successfully updated

Opera 16 currently lacks support for a large percentage of the features that folks use Opera for. The "portable" install of Opera 16 isn't portable and locks saved passwords to a given PC, so we'll have to write a new password handler for that mess ala Chrome and Iron (thanks to the heavily OS-tied Chromium/Blink engine). Finally, the bookmarks handler in Opera 16 is horribly inefficient with large numbers of bookmarks, which many of our users have.
