Description: Software that allows one to scroll text on a monitor near or, with the help of teleprompter hardware, in front of a video camera lens. This allows the on camera person to look straight at or very close to the camera while reading their lines.

Other: From the telekast.sourceforge.net website: TeleKast is built on the Mozilla® Platform. So, it makes heavy use of Mozilla's XML User Interface Language (XUL) and JavaScript. The source code does not need to be compiled. So, you can run TeleKast straight from source if you obtain XULRunner™ from Mozilla's Web site.
