I started working on QtiPlot which is a software for visualising graphs like Origin but open source.
I have got it working using the following QtiPlotPortable.ini:

I tried adding the filedialog-partto the QT Cleamup Section but it didnt work.
Does anyone know if I can ignore them? or how to delete them or back them up?

Thinking about it, I am now fairly sure that
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Wisp\Pen\
and
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\TPG
and their subkeys can be ignored, but does anyone know what's up with the QT keys???

I have at least one app that leaves behind "filedialog" and as far as I can tell, it's okay to get rid of. It doesn't seem to have negatively affected the apps that it's included in. As for functionality, I have no clue.
What app is it?
I added
to my file and now its gone.

I was able to track down the comments that made me aware of it in the first place and they appear to be in Texmaker and Graphviz.
