key above is created & left behind even if user does not enable "Replace Task Manager".
How to reproduce:
- launch ProcessHackerPortable
- click Hacker > Options > Advanced Tab
- Press OK

I just tried this on Windows 7 and it did not create this key.
Scratch that... you have to run it as admin. When run as admin, this key is created.
