How to uninstall Filezilla Portable 3.7.3 from my PC (win 7 64)?

Hi, I unintentionally installed Filezilla Portable to my PC when I meant to install it on a flashdrive. How can I uninstall FileZilla 3.7.3 from my computer? I can't find a removal tool or uninstall instructions anywhere. Please help. Thanks! Sdog

just delete the folder

The one that was installed, you can just delete it, or move it directly to the folder you want it on your usb. If you want it picked up in the PortableApps Menu, put it in the Portableapps folder.

Don't be an uberPr∅. They are stinky.

Uninstall Filezilla Portable

It's as easy as deleting the folder? Luckily I installed it in IE temporary internet files so it must have deleted on exit. That's kind of cool if that's all it takes. It doesn't install bits all over the place? Too good to be true. Also, when I install it again on a flash drive, is there no short cut? Am I understanding correctly that to start it up you click on the .exe?

Installation

The portable version is meant to be exactly what the name implies - portable. The launcher takes care of all of the bits that would normally get scattered around the computer. In the future, it's probably not a good idea to install a portable app to the IE Temp folder as it's not a great place to install anything. When you install the app on your flash drive, it won't create shortcuts in anything except the Portable Apps Platform, if you have it installed. In that case, it should install to a folder called PortableApps and Filezilla will show up in the platform. Otherwise, you will have to go into the FilezillaPortable folder and run FilezillaPortable.exe. That's all there is to it.
