Portable Browser is virus protect?

Portable Browser is virus protect?
if i use firefox only for homebanking is more secure?
if normal firefox on computer is affect of virus, firefox portable is protect?

Most viruses attack the operating system, not the browser so a portable browser isnt much more secure than a local one. If the virus is attacking the browser, using another browser like a portable one could help you, though.
