No, it's not discontinued. Although you may want to take a look at the license of it.
Are you sure? This is an old 12.1-based Opera mobile emulator using the old Opera renderer. The old Opera renderer has been discontinued and replace with Blink/Webkit. As such, emulating a now-discontinued product seems a bit pointless.
