qBittorrent 3.1.4 won't stop notifying me of an update

It used to do this every time I start it up, but now it pops up randomly while the program is running. Intervals between notifications seem to vary from 30 minutes to several hours.

Is there a way to disable these notifications?

Options (the icon looks like a screwdriver and a wrench) - Advanced - Check for software updates
