[Fixed] McAfee Stinger unable to download

McAfee Stinger is unable to download via the platform or the installer run directly and will return a 404 or invalid error for some people. We're working on a solution.

Previously, I posted a test series to see if a specific URL access would permit downloads: https://portableapps.com/node/39081

The new McAfee Stinger Portable 12.1.0.779 attempts to alleviate the issue by downloading the license agreement first. Note that THIS WILL NOT HELP PLATFORM UPDATES, so we do not need additional reports of this failing via the platform updater.

UPDATE: This appears resolved on McAfee's servers.
