After downloading and installing the VirtualDubPortable_1.10.4_English.paf.exe followed by installtion of the VirtualDub_Portable_Plugins_Pack_1.9.11.2_English.paf.exe to the same directory, when I start up VirtualDub_Portable, it doesn't behave as if any plugins are installed.
If I select "Pligins" from the "Options" pull-down menu, no plugins are listed (the dialog box is empty).
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

All plugins placed in \App\VirtualDub\Plugins32\ and \App\VirtualDub64\Plugins64\ but.. no showing

But i think its a system problem..
The plugins pack was abandoned over a year ago. VirtualDub's newer versions may no longer support it.
