The "Details" link seems to be dead in apps in which it's under the download link and not inside it. In other words, in freewares. For example, Skype Portable and Balabolka Portable.
Also, it's always a full (though at least relative) URL instead of just an anchor. It probably causes some browsers to refresh the page in vain, causing you unneeded bandwidth and slowing the process for users.

Balabolka and Skype are fixed.
You can't just use an anchor as Drupal (our CMS) screws it up. So we use a base URL (no domain name).
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
