Broken 4.2.1 update

Latest update (4.2.1) is broken. I tried to download it on all my machines in Russia and Thailand, every time I'm getting this error: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3fscfk038b7np11/LOP421.png

It was enough time for mirroring since yesterday and because all mirrors have the same broken file, I believe, it is a bad upload.
