We don't modify Google Chrome, we just extract it to the portable version as part of the live install. Either you have to now create it yourself or it's no longer supported. Check the Chrome documentation to be sure. If it's not already no longer supported, I'd wager it soon will be as Chrome is being more locked down with each version.
