I'm not sure how many days ago this started and if it coincided with an iOS and therefore a Safari update. Have tried an iPad reset which didn't fix the problem.
Pages display correctly then get redrawn with another plain red banner under the PortableApps.com banner about 50% taller, then get redrawn correctly again.
Not a big problem, just a little irritating on the eyes, one gets used to looking away from the screen for a second or two.
Anyone else see this?
While we do test on Android tablets and browsers, we don't test iPads. I don't have one. I've heard Safari has gotten buggier in iOS7 from my few friends with iOS. Unfortunately, it's the only browser you can use on iOS (Chrome, Dolphin, et al are just fancy GUIs on top of the purposely slower version of Safari) so it isn't like I can suggest you try it in Firefox or something.
We are working on a redesign that may likely fix the issue, though.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
