I would love to see a Portable Telegram app on my USB flash drive.

They offer source code and API on their webpage, so I would assume it is easy, but I am not a developer.
Any volunteers?

There is a portable version of the desktop app for download on the Telegram site which includes just the executable:

I have not checked it to see if it leaves any traces in the registry.
