many customizations

Hi all,

i want to customize my key.
I read the portable_apps_suite.

i can add logo on top, ok
i can add new categories, ok

but ...

1) How can i freeze the config ?
I mean i dont want that users click on the top menu to change logo,
I want to fix the logo.
I dont want that users change the theme/template
i dont want that users could see the theme/template tab in the option windows...

2) Traduction for custom categories
For exemple i'have created a "cars" categorie but in french, its' "voitures"
so How can i traduce new categories ?
I have seen the \PortableApps\PortableApps.com\App\Locale directory but...
