A big nope to either Windows Mobile or Palm OS.
These are Windows applications. Thunderbird itself is not available for Windows Mobile or Palm OS and there are no plans to make it for either platform. So, there's no way to provide it.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
